Washington, Mar 15, 2012 - Today Maryland Congressman Van Hollen issued the following statement after attending the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s third annual Business Expo:

“I was pleased to join the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) to kick off their third annual Business Expo this morning. I remain committed to doing everything I can to put Americans back to work, and the strength and success of our nation’s small businesses – including Hispanic small businesses – are vital to our economic recovery. The GWHCC does great work to advance the goal of promoting and facilitating the success of Hispanic and other minority-owned businesses and the communities they serve through networking, outreach, advocacy, and education. I look forward to working with GWHCC to keep rebuilding our economy.”
